Leadership facilitations by the Center for Leadership are available to Cal Poly students, student organizations and staff & faculty who are requesting a facilitation that will be provided to students they teach or support. The only financial costs with facilitation requests are printing any materials and finding a space to host the facilitation. Leadership facilitations are tailored for the student’s specific needs and focus of the students we are working with (be that the student organization, course subject matter, and more).

The Center for Leadership has 4 general presentations that cover a variety of leadership topics. You can select up to 2 of these 4 topics for us to cover, but facilitations covering more than 1 topic will require a minimum presentation time of 60 minutes.  Facilitation requests for the following facilitations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance and will be approved depending on our staffing availability. Requests made for customizable lesson plans and materials must be requested at least 4 weeks in advance and will require you to meet with a staff member about your specific presentation needs. We can also meet with you and your team, class, or group more than once if there are a number of different topics or a sequence of areas you are hoping to cover.
