Emerging Leadership Series

The Emerging Leadership Series (ELS) is a FREE 8-week certificate program designed to help Cal Poly students explore their unique leadership styles and develop the skills to lead with confidence and purpose.

Social Change Leadership

The Social Change Leadership Series is a FREE 8-week certificate program designed to help Cal Poly students explore leadership and identity through a critical social lens.

Global Leadership Series

The Global Leadership Certificate is a FREE option for students to engage in their leadership journey that is specifically gauged towards applying their leadership skills across cultures and contexts.

Peer Leadership Series

The Peer Leadership Series is a 4-week certificate program designed for students hoping or already in leadership roles.

Student Leadership Institute

Each Fall, the Center for Leadership puts on Cal Poly's Student Leadership Institute (SLI) which is a one-day leadership experience designed to empower students through interactive learning and meaningful discussions.

Center for Leadership Mission:

The Center for Leadership was created to ensure that all students can discover the leader within and have the support in strengthening personal and professional leadership skills! We collaborate with all campus partners and colleges.
