The Global Leadership Certificate is a FREE option for students to engage in their leadership journey that is specifically gauged towards applying their leadership skills across cultures and contexts. Over the course of four weeks, students will explore personal, local, national, and global issues within leadership and identify the knowledge, skills, and awareness necessary to navigate these different contexts.

The Global Leadership Series is a not-for-credit series that meets once a week for one hour over the course of four weeks. Students are also expected to complete assignments outside of the 1-hour meeting over the course of 4 weeks in order to earn the certificate.
At the end of four weeks, students will complete a capstone assignment called a contextual leadership plan that allows them to develop individualized plans to continue their on-going leadership development while at Cal Poly and beyond.
