The Leadership Development Plan (LDP) is a tool for personal leadership exploration, reflection, and goal setting – ultimately helping students make the most of their time at Cal Poly.
The LDP is designed to help students identify areas of growth and make specific goals through reflection, leadership competency assessment, and intentional goal setting. Students can use the LDP on their own or with a staff member from the Center for Leadership.
All students in the Emerging Leaders Series utilize the LDP for goal setting as part of the Emerging Leadership Certificate process.
